Nicolette is an associate of the firm. She has obtained her Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.

She has a strong interest in Family Law and General Litigation. She has had experience in a wide array of matters including contested divorce matters, resisting personal protection orders and claims based upon breach of contract and tort.

She strongly believes in her role in guiding clients through the daunting process of resolving matters through the courts. In this regard, she takes immense pride in making sure that all her clients’ needs are met, regardless of how long that might take.

Work Highlights:

Personal Protection & Domestic Exclusion Orders

As lead counsel, successfully resisted the grant of a personal protection order and domestic exclusion order. VYR v VYS – [2021] SGFC 128

Civil Procedure

As lead counsel, successfully argued for costs of $50,000 to be paid to our Client after Trial where we had obtained judgement for S$1.6 million dollars.

Contract Law

Conducted the trial for a claim sum of more than $100,000 as lead counsel. The judgement has yet to be issued.

Divorce

Successfully obtained divorce orders and favourable ancillary orders in multiple divorce cases.
