Successfully obtained judgement of $1.62 million for our client.
We were successful at the High Court in proving that our clients’ claims were more probable than the claims of the Defendant. We managed to do this through rigorous cross-examination that exposed the many inconsistencies in the Defendant’s case.
The Defendant’s appeal against this decision was also dismissed by the Appellate Division of the High Court.
Successfully claimed close to S$ 1,000,000 for our client Mr Saimee Jumaat, one of Singapore’s foremost jockeys.

Successfully obtained an acquittal of all charges at the High Court for our client who was facing 5 charges of Rape.
We were successful in our defence by showing that the erectile dysfunction that our client suffered from made the complainant’s version of events unlikely. We were also able to, through rigorous cross-examination of the complainant, show that the complainant had likely consented to the sex.
Successfully obtained an acquittal of all charges for our client facing 4 charges of Assault.
We were successful in our defence by showing that the maid had fabricated large parts of her evidence. This was done through rigorous cross-examination of the maid and through meticulous analysis of the evidence in the case.
Successfully obtained acquittal for our client at the Court of Appeal, reversing the decision of the High Court to sentence him to death for trafficking heroin.
We were successful in our appeal in showing that there was reasonable doubt that the bundles of heroin had been prepared by our client. This argument rested on the fact that our client’s fingerprints were only found on one of the ten bundles of heroin that had been allegedly trafficked.
